Wossner Piston Kit, 77.97 mm for GasGas, Husqvarna and KTM (8923DB)

The Wossner 8923DB Piston Kit is engineered for select GasGas, Husqvarna, and KTM engines requiring a 77.97 mm replacement piston. Built with performance-focused features, this piston supports dependable operation, improved lubrication, reduced friction, and consistent ring sealing. The kit includes the piston, piston rings, wrist pin, and pin locks for a complete installation solution.
Enhanced piston pin oiling slots, radial boss machining, and annular grooves help improve wrist pin lubrication, supporting reliable piston movement and component durability. The lightweight piston design uses tight piston wall clearance to help promote quieter engine operation while maintaining the precision needed for performance applications. A coated skirt helps reduce friction and supports improved break-in performance.
The ring land treatment is designed to promote improved ring seal and oil control, helping maintain efficient combustion and reduce unwanted oil consumption. Where specified, the double-bridged forging design adds strength to the piston structure for demanding engine conditions. Verify engine application and installation requirements before ordering to ensure proper fitment for your GasGas, Husqvarna, or KTM motorcycle.
